There are two ways to place an order at CaseOnline.se:
Start by adding your product to the shopping cart by clicking "add to cart"
Go to checkout.
Fill in the email address, name, address, country, telephone number.
Social security number, you only need to fill in if you select invoice payment.
Read and accept the personal data Act PUL
Go ahead and read and accept our terms and conditions.
Now, choose the payment option that's right for you
TeX Payson or Paypal and complete the order.
NOTE! By utilizing quick cash, you do not need to create a customer profile. You can quickly and easily implement unlimited number of orders without becoming a registered customer. Do you want to register as a customer, select instead "Create customer profile" at checkout.
To create a customer profile, click on "Cashier" and select "Create profile".
In the first step, choose whether you want to register as a company or private customer.
Companies are recommended to create a company profile. Logged in as a business customer the prices excl. sales tax.
In the next step you can choose if you want to enter your social security number/orgnummer. Social security number/orgnummer required upon purchase by invoice and your order will be sent without exception to your registered address (for business are, in some cases, except for this, see below). Do you want your order sent to a different address than the registered address, choose not to enter the social security number and pay by card or by direct payment.
The advantage of registering a customer profile
If you have a customer profile, you can log on to the website to see how it goes for your order, review the history of previous purchases as well as copy a previous order.
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, click the link "Forgot password"Then fill in the email address you have registered in your customer profile. Your password will be sent to you shortly.
Ordering goods to non-registered address
If you are registered as a private person and would like to order goods to a different address than the one you are registered, you can choose to pay by credit card or direct payment via Swedbank, Handelsbanken. In this case, you cannot choose to enter your social security number to get your address.
Enterprise customers can contact our customer service to possibly change the delivery address, or add information on the invoice.
Modification of the already placed orders
If you have chosen to shop by invoice, we can add/remove items from your order. The order cannot be modified if it has expired for picking & pack.
Do you want to make a change in your order with payment invoice, contact Customer service. Enter the order number and item number on it you want to add/remove.
An order that has other payment method cannot be changed. However, it can be cancelled (see below). Add a new order.
As long as your order has not been handled, you can stop it by contacting Customer service. Enter the order number and full name, then we confirm if it is possible to cancel your order.
If the order has already been processed, you can return it to us when you receive the shipment. For more information, see Return/replacement.
The rates include VAT at 25% (logged in as companies shown prices excl. VAT)
In the shopping cart are the total price of the goods including VAT, free delivery and any service charge.

Coverage of products
We offer you the opportunity to watch sold out or upcoming products.
You enable coverage by filling in your email address in the email field on the product page and then click "Subscribe".
When the product is in stock, an email is immediately sent to the specified e-mail address with information that the product can be purchased.
-Coverage for the product's stock status, not the current price. The price is subject to change.
-That you sign coverage does not mean that you will be guaranteed a copy but obviously raises the chances for this.
-We're taking reservations for that product ends. If many people are watching the same be applied "first-come, first-served basis.
-It is not possible to unregister/undo a guard. The email will be sent when/if the item is back in stock, without exception.
Coverage means no obligation to buy, it is only an information about the product can be ordered again.
